Parents play just as big of a role as schools do in helping their child become more physically active so start today by inducing a passion for physical movement by introducing your children to the fundamentals of physical activity.
Is the sport right for your child?
Sometimes finding the perfect sport takes some trial and error but with an endless amount of options, there must be a fit for your child and your family’s goal.
