If you’re feeling a little sluggish, or just want a great way to power up your day, this quick Spin and Ab workout is the one for you. While you’re on the bike, you’ll move through combos of seated power work and standing climb challenges to really dig in to test your grit. After the express ride, hit your mat to wrap it up with a few minutes of core work and a cool-down stretch, rewarding your body as you should! By the end, you’ll have created your own energy rush to lead you through whatever the day throws at you. Hop on, you’ve got this!
Format: a quick ride followed by a short core session and cool-down stretch.

If you want to strengthen and tone your legs, fry fat from head to toe, crank up your cardio endurance, and take a Spin class that’ll improve your ability to spend time out of the saddle…friends, open up the best Spinning app and click play.
Cat also advises those who might shy away from taking this class because it seems too hard to “Take the challenge and give it what you got – it’ll only make you stronger and I do give modifications to make this workout an option for all levels.”
This workout does not include a cool-down, but we have some great options here!

I, Cat, do Wednesday Workout at home each week, and this is one I made up one day and HAD to share with you, because I was soaked when it was over and my core felt jacked (in a good way). You can use either an indoor bike, your body, or a jump rope to play along. Just pick one. All we do is a quick warm up, then 8 rounds where we alternate between a creative core exercise and a cardio move. The most simple workouts are often the best. You’ll see. 🙂
