    15-Min Kid’s Energy Release

    The goal of this video game-themed fitness class for kids is to use your fitness superpowers to work through 4 levels of challenges. Your badges will be 1) Energy Release 2) Fun 3) Team Work, and if you beat the bad guys who are trying to defeat you, 4) Victor! You’ll do things like jump over objects, duck under items thrown at you, hop on Lily Pads over water, lay low to hide out, jump high to earn “power-ups”, and run real fast in place. And… to finish, you’ll unleash a “secret weapon” to claim victory and get your team across the finish line to safety.

    Ready, set, play!

    P.S. Although designed for kids, there is no age limit for this class.

The youth cardio boxing workout includes a few short heart-pumping drills like shadow boxing, jumping, and even a partner-punch drill where the kids take turns throwing light jabs into their partner’s hands.     Animal Inspired Exercises for Kids

    Inspired by everyone’s favorite animals, we’ve taken our little Studio SWEAT pack outside for a fun-in-the-sun, energy-burning workout! This animal-themed kid’s workout class will get your little ones excited to workout by jumping like Frogs, shuffling like Monkeys, and running like a Cheetah!

    Although this video was done on a large field outside, it is completely doable with just a few feet of space indoors. Modifications are given to make sure no matter where you are, you won’t miss out on this one. Let’s get wild!
