This upper-body lifting class is all done seated – that’s why it’s called the Seated Strength Workout! It might be a good strength workout for those in wheelchairs, those with physical challenges that don’t allow them to stand for long periods of time (or at all), or those just looking to isolate the upper-body and lift heavy. We aren’t saying it will work for all, but it will likely work for many, so grab some weights and let’s get that swull on!

Wanna carve muscle, burn some fat, and get it all done in just 20 minutes with only a towel? This class is for you! Mere W will lead you through 3 sets of hard-core sculpting drills where you’ll hit every major muscle group while keeping your heart rate elevated for the whole workout. No special equipment (except a towel) needed for this quick body-weight workout video where you WILL need that towel, not just to wipe up all the sweat, but as a prop for some of the moves too. This class is ready to challenge you at home, a hotel, your gym, or even at the park. And if you’re thinking, “It’s just a towel, how hard can it be?”, hit play and find out!

WARNING LABEL: This training is meant for more advanced fitness levels.
Does that mean you shouldn’t try it if you don’t consider yourself crazy athletic? Well no, it doesn’t mean that. You don’t know if you don’t try. You might grab lighter weights than suggested, or do 20 reps to our 30, or you might do half today, and half tomorrow, or you might just say “Forget that! I’m not doin’ it!”. Ha.
“It” means “Cat Kom’s Dirty Thirty, Dirty Dozen” where she takes 12 exercises (some traditional and some creative) and has you do 30 reps in a row, plus some “fun” transition drills between each. It’s a killer full body workout. You might need a swear jar handy by the way. Put a quarter in it each time you even think about cussing, then donate the $ to a good cause, which might just mean a new pair of smaller skinny jeans. 🙂
