Double the sweat in just 30 minutes! Meredith W brings the energy in this quick but effective combo class. You’ll start with a heart-pumping 20-minute spin session on the bike, then step off for a 10-minute standing sculpt series right beside it.
With creative strength moves that target your arms, core, and legs, this workout gives you cardio AND resistance training in one efficient package. Short, balanced, and powerful, it’s your go-to when you want it all but don’t have a lot of time.
This workout does not include a cool-down stretch, but we have some great options here!

Hungry for SWEAT? Craving Fat Burn? SWEET! Follow Brian’s top secret, sure fire recipe and you can fill up on both!
Prep time: 5 minutes. Cook time: 50 minutes. Cool Down: 5 minutes
Recipe:
1. Start with just a pinch of movement preparation to loosen up
2. Add a full cup of “I got this” ATTITUDE
3. Fold in a healthy dose of fat grinding hill climbs, jumps and sprints (this is a key component to a successful SWEAT recipe)
4. Next pepper in 21 reps of several simple, but challenging body sculpting man (and woman) making moves that’ll straight up carve you up! Do NOT miss a single rep. The last few are the “secret sauce” that’ll take your fitness dish to the next level.
5. Repeat steps 3-4 until you are sufficiently drenched
6. Let the bodies cool
Voila! You now have a SWEATY and STRONG body. Bring your appetite and enjoy!

This is one heart pounding workout baby! We spend the first portion of this killer Spin Sculpt fusion class with all the riding up front in one strong set. There is endurance focus, which makes for a great ‘in the moment’ fat burn. It’s fast paced with short, but well earned recoveries.
The second half you’ll find that the floor time is an incredible challenge of strength, endurance, and mental toughness! You’ve got a challenging 300 rep drill, where your goal is to complete 2 full rounds with minimal rest between exercises. Have a towel ready, because you’re about to experience a super SWEAT session!

If you enjoy a resistance heavy, tough grindin’ it out climb, combined with some of the best resistance band exercises today, then this is the class for you! Don’t get me wrong, there are a few flat road stretches to balance out this amazing Spin workout video, but get ready to hit that hill and work hard for it!
And for the killer total body sculpt portion, all you’ll need is a resistance band (or dumbbells) and some grit to get it done! From your chest, to your back, shoulders, and all the way down to your toes, we work it all in just 20 minutes before hitting the bike again.
