Join Miriam and Katie for a ride-and-floor Bootcamp designed to help you call your energy back from all the places modern life drains it. We’re not conserving energy here — we’re creating it.
Your class flows in waves of floor (warm up/mobility)→ bike → floor → bike → floor, finishing with a lyrical “come home to yourself” ride so you can step back into your life more charged, clear, and connected.
Equipment Needed:
• On the Bike: Light weights (Miriam used 3s)
• Floor Station 1: 1 Heavy weight
• Floor Station 2: Step or BOSU
• Floor Station 3: Band
Other: Water + towel
When we need energy, it’s not the time to stay still. It takes mindful movement to conjure it up — and what’s better than to do it together!
This workout does not include a cool-down stretch, but we have some great options here!

Cat said she got several notes from your San Diego buddies that took this class live within 30 minutes of calling it a cut. So there’s that. Ha. It’s a sick workout, but one everyone can do because of how it’s broken down. You only have to focus on 12 minutes at a time. Don’t look further than that. You get four 12 minute quarters as described below. Finish those, then cruise into a cool down and well deserved stretch. You will be SORE! That’s OK. It’s your body changing; growing leaner and meaner.
Quarter 1: The Dirty Dozen. Several rounds of creative, but simple strength training floor exercises that will carve you up!
Quarter 2: Intervals. Sprinting and Power Exercises on the bike aimed at taking your fitness to the next level.
Quarter 3. The Dirty Thirty: Grab your dumbbells for 30 second circuit rounds of “hurts so good” lean body mass building drills.
Quarter 4: Endurance. SWEAT soaking endurance riding where the focus is steady and strong.

Let’s channel some of nature’s strength, power, and vigor. What’s your spirit animal? (Miriam’s is the eagle.) Bring it to the floor. Bring it to the bike.
We start with a dynamic floor warm-up using the step to get long, warm, and ready. Then it’s three songs on the bike, using extra-light weights (Miriam uses 2lbs), with full-body engagement, speed intervals, and balance challenges.
Between bike rounds, we HIIT the floor hard:
• Round 1 and 2: Two exercises, counting to five on your own, 2:30 each
• Round 3: Four exercises, twice through, 30sec on/7sec recovery
• Round 4: 30sec on/7sec recovery. Another four-exercise finisher — dynamic, kickboxing-inspired, multi-plane movement
