Welcome to my favorite workout of all time – I call it PRIME CLIMB… 2! The first Prime Climb workout was so wildly popular that I was compelled to bring you a sequel.
In this amazing 40 Minute Spin Class, we’re climbing with our legs timed to the beat of the music for pretty much 30 minutes straight. I know, I know, that sounds so hard, but that’s not how you should look at it. It’s an incredible accomplishment and you CAN do it.
In the first Prime Climb, we went from shorter, steeper hills, to longer, flatter hills. In this one we flip that – starting with longer, flatter hills, then ending with shorter, steeper grades. Life’s a climb, so let’s start trekking.

Interval: “a pause or break in activity.” Interval training is designed as focused rest periods between efforts of exertion. Too often, we neglect such focus because we forget the value of recovery. This low intensity interval Spinning class asks that you pay attention to the segments in between your effort. Listen to and slow down your breathing; use the interval to capture as much recovery time as you can. Just as nutrients are absorbed between meals, so too, fitness gains occur between exercise efforts. Let’s ride.

Hope: An optimistic state of mind based on an expectation of positive outcomes. This class is a 40-minute inspirational cycle session filled with motivation, sweat, passion, and above all – HOPE. Plus, you’ll get crazy flats, epic hills, and intense jumps to give you the perfect sweat session. Hop on your bike and expect something wonderful!

Get your move and groove on in this choreographed cardio dance ride that is NOTHING like a traditional Spinning class! During the 20-min rhythmic Spin session, it’s not just about the legs – we’ll extend the spine, train the arms and core, and get the brain working too! After riding hard and fast, we’ll hop off the bike for a beautiful 10-min full body stretch to align your spine and give your muscles some love. Hop on and let’s dance!
