This easy to follow cycling workout is not easy, but you can do it! It’s a Spin class with drills that are simple climbs, jumps, and sprints – and none of those are walks in the park. Be sure you’ve got your muscles burning and sweat pouring, as each of the three three-song working sets gets progressively harder. Dig deep and earn that active recovery and final stretch!

This amazing pure Spinning class has it all! I’m talkin’ sprints, climbs, endurance riding, and even some power building jumps.
A steady flow is maintained throughout the cycling class as the music dictates and guides the temperament of each drill. Speaking of music, the playlist here is insanely fantastic. So take this opportunity to fry some fat, build your base and detox with a healthy sweat. Trust me, you’ll even have a little fun along the way.

Hooray for this online Bumpin’ Spinning class! The music and the moves are so epic, we needed not one, but two trainers!
Elli (“Cardi-E”), representin’ the west coast, blends west coast legends with new school tracks. Her personality and drills are so fun you’ll almost forget that you’re working out!
Who better to bring the east coast than our own beast from the east, Brian. He leans a lil’ more old school with the music, and slays calories like only one of the best Spin instructors can!
It’s gonna get hot in here with this hoppin’, boppin’ cycling class, so grab a towel and let’s ride!

Welcome to my favorite workout of all time – I call it PRIME CLIMB… 2! The first Prime Climb workout was so wildly popular that I was compelled to bring you a sequel.
In this amazing 40 Minute Spin Class, we’re climbing with our legs timed to the beat of the music for pretty much 30 minutes straight. I know, I know, that sounds so hard, but that’s not how you should look at it. It’s an incredible accomplishment and you CAN do it.
In the first Prime Climb, we went from shorter, steeper hills, to longer, flatter hills. In this one we flip that – starting with longer, flatter hills, then ending with shorter, steeper grades. Life’s a climb, so let’s start trekking.

P.S. If you missed the Original Prime Climb, you can see it here. You don’t have to have taken it to excel on this ride, but do try it soon if you have not. And if you’re not an All Access Pass holder (why not btw), you can download the original Prime Climb here.
