50 Minute Ride. Have you ever had one of those days where you’re just in a funk? Where your attitude just kind of sucks and your mood is, well simply said, bad? THAT is when you want to take this class, because unless you’re a robot that can’t feel emotion, this class is gonna lift you right out of that funk and into a good mood. And if you’re already feeling happy, you can get in on this too! It’s just gonna make you feel even better!
And, here’s the sneaky part – when it’s done, and without even realizing what happened, you’re gonna pop off that bike and into the puddle of sweat you personally created, then you’re gonna look in the mirror and see your body taking a new shape. Perhaps your mind too for that matter. NOW SMILE DANG IT! Let’s go.

In the first Prime Climb, each hill you tackled was longer and steeper than the one before. Then in the sequel, Prime Climb 2, the longest hill was first, and then each hill got shorter, but steeper. So, what can you expect in this next killer Spinning class with a lot of hill climbs to attack? Well, no pattern! Longer, shorter, mid-range, various inclines – all on shuffle, and even one more climb than the first two adventures. It’s a good one. Let’s ride!

You’ll conquer various terrain with her in this 45-minute Indoor Cycling journey by tackling rollers, hill repeats, and even some hill sprints to really get your heart pumping. Want flat roads? W’s “Terrible Twos” workout was so popular, that she’s back with the Terrible Two’s, Part 2! In this downloadable indoor cycling workout, you’ll power through two ladder drills, proving that sometimes what first goes down must come back up.
After a quick warm-up, you’ll get your legs moving with a few interval climbs. Then the first ladder drill starts running down a fast, flat road… but don’t worry, it wouldn’t be a ladder if it stayed that way for long! You’ll get a working-recovery endurance ride to refuel the tank. Then it’s off to ladder drill number two, this time heading straight up a leg-conditioning steep hill. By the end of this 40 minutes of calorie-burning cardio, you’ll have a mountain of sweat AND you’ll feel like you’ve biked up a mountain! Are you up for the challenge? Yes!
