Welcome to my favorite workout of all time – I call it PRIME CLIMB… 2! The first Prime Climb workout was so wildly popular that I was compelled to bring you a sequel.
In this amazing 40 Minute Spin Class, we’re climbing with our legs timed to the beat of the music for pretty much 30 minutes straight. I know, I know, that sounds so hard, but that’s not how you should look at it. It’s an incredible accomplishment and you CAN do it.
In the first Prime Climb, we went from shorter, steeper hills, to longer, flatter hills. In this one we flip that – starting with longer, flatter hills, then ending with shorter, steeper grades. Life’s a climb, so let’s start trekking.

This 60 Minute Spin & Stretch class is all about the mental game | connecting Mind & Body. You will be challenged. You will be drenched. You will be empowered. Expect 45 minutes on the bike followed by 15 minutes of elongating and strengthening stretches on the floor. Your body will thank you for it, I promise.

To start this ride, say it with us: “I am strong!” Now, hop on your bike while we prove it with you. In this all-around strength building cycle, you’ll dig in with high-tempo sprints, an endurance climb, and finally an attack out of the saddle. By the finish line, we’ll all be shouting: “What are we? Strong!”

This is the BEST Spin class you guys!
After a thorough warm up to wake up those legs and lungs, we go into a quick series of fast jumps. Then it’s right to a few 8-minute body-leaning rounds that’ll work your tail off… literally.
Those 8 minutes come at ya in two sections – a hill climb and a 4 minute Tabata set. Each hill climb is different, and so is each Tabata round, so boredom is the furthest thing from your mind. We finish it off with another round of fast jumps that then settle into a fast flat which’ll bring you home drenched in SWEAT!
