Kid Strong
Equipment: Dumbbells / No Special Equipment Needed!
As children grow, it’s so important to keep their muscles strong. That’s why we’re bringing you this 20-minute online strength training workout for kids. In a fun, safe manner, they’ll power through a series of strength exercises that will make them feel strong and confident. A lot of the exercises use body-weight only, but for some of the exercises the kids are encouraged to use a set of very light weights (like 1 to 3 pounds), or even just a set of water bottles will do. Let’s get our strong on!
