Step into 30 minutes of pure intensity with powerhouse trainer Rebecca. This strength-focused workout is built almost entirely on dynamic combo moves that challenge multiple muscle groups at once, leaving no time (or energy) wasted.
Rebecca keeps it fresh with her own “special count,” moving through her exercise list with purpose and adjusting the reps or pace depending on the clock. There’s no set timer, just Rebecca’s solid coaching, fierce energy, and a promise to push you right to the finish line.
Pro tip: if you need a longer warm-up, take it before class so you’re ready to dive straight in. This workout also does not include a cool-down and stretch, but we have some great warm-up and cool-down options here!

What happens when strength training and endurance training get married? You get strength-endurance training. The idea is to build lean muscle mass while testing your endurance, which naturally elevates the heart rate – hello calorie crusher.
In this Total-Body Dumbbell Circuit Workout, the sets are longer than usual, with each muscle group getting worked at least 60 seconds straight, with back to back exercises for three rounds.
The moves are simple, but the challenge is yours to conquer and the results are yours to keep. Go get ‘em!!

Four rounds of 4 functional exercises – 45 seconds each to see how many you can do with good form. The goal? To try and beat your last number… but remember, it’s all about QUALITY over QUANTITY. Don’t compromise that form for your number!
We’ll finish this awesome WOD with a heart pumping Tabata drill. Sound too hard?! Well it’s all about your level! There are options for all fitness levels, making this a great Cross Training workout for beginners and the hard core alike, and you do what you can, k! Before you know it, you’ll be doing all the exercises at advance level! Let’s pump it up.
