It might be short and sweet, but oh is it killer. A solid 28 minutes on the bike where somehow we manage to hit 3, yes 3, monster hills. You reach a breathless state before then digging deep to give a little more. You go through your breaking point. Your mantra for the hills is “I can, I can, I can.”, and guess what… YOU WILL! A few quick sprints then, WOW, you’re done and left with a big puddle of sweat.

Pushing you out of your comfort zone, both body and mind, this spin class with choreographed movement patterns will connect you to the playlist as you flow through the drills. Each song incorporates specific whole-body moves, designed to forget the time and even the struggle while your heart rate soars. Already confident in cycling to the music, and want to push it up a level? You can add OPTIONAL very light weights and a moderate-sized towel for some extra upper body resistance. For a finisher reward, we’ll flow down both on the bike and on the floor to leave you feeling lengthened and energized. Get comfortable with the uncomfortable!

Welcome to my favorite workout of all time – I call it PRIME CLIMB… 2! The first Prime Climb workout was so wildly popular that I was compelled to bring you a sequel.
In this amazing 40 Minute Spin Class, we’re climbing with our legs timed to the beat of the music for pretty much 30 minutes straight. I know, I know, that sounds so hard, but that’s not how you should look at it. It’s an incredible accomplishment and you CAN do it.
In the first Prime Climb, we went from shorter, steeper hills, to longer, flatter hills. In this one we flip that – starting with longer, flatter hills, then ending with shorter, steeper grades. Life’s a climb, so let’s start trekking.

P.S. If you missed the Original Prime Climb, you can see it here. You don’t have to have taken it to excel on this ride, but do try it soon if you have not. And if you’re not an All Access Pass holder (why not btw), you can download the original Prime Climb here.
